The Web App
Seekiee's hosted web app — the full pipeline in your browser, no terminal required.
The hosted web app at seekiee.darkiee.com runs the complete Seekiee pipeline in your browser. It is built for people who want the same evaluation rubric, tracker, and tooling as the CLI without cloning a repository or configuring an AI CLI. Sign up, paste a job posting, and you get the same six-block evaluation the self-hosted system produces — powered by a platform AI key, so you don't need your own.
Limited early access
The web app is in early access. New accounts start on a waitlist and are approved in batches — you'll get an email when yours is unlocked. Self-hosting remains free and unrestricted; this documentation's other pages cover that path.
What's included
Every CLI mode has a web counterpart:
| Feature | CLI equivalent | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Evaluate Job | evaluate | Paste a URL or job description → full A–G scored report (CV match, level strategy, comp, personalization plan, interview prep, legitimacy check) |
| Pipeline | pipeline | Inbox of pending job URLs, evaluated one click at a time |
| Portal Scan | scan | Scans Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby boards for new postings matching your target roles |
| Applications | tracker | Status board for every application (Evaluated → Applied → Interview → Offer) |
| CV & PDF | pdf | Edit your CV in markdown, download a typeset PDF |
| Compare Offers | compare | Rank 2–6 evaluated offers head-to-head with a recommendation |
| Outreach | outreach | Who to contact on LinkedIn + ready-to-send connection notes, follow-ups, and referral asks |
| Company Research | deep | Deep-dive report: financials, culture, leadership, risks, questions to ask |
| Apply Assistant | apply | Tailored draft answers to application form questions, grounded in your CV |
| Career Tools | training / project | Evaluate whether a course, certification, or portfolio project is worth your time |
| Interview | interview-prep | Per-company prep guides plus a STAR+R story bank |
| Follow-ups | followup | Cadence tracking with AI-drafted follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages |
| Analytics | patterns | Score distribution, archetype fit, status funnel, weekly activity |
Long-running work (evaluations, scans) runs as durable jobs on the server: close the tab, switch devices, come back — the run keeps going and the Activity center shows live progress.
How it differs from self-hosting
- No setup. No repo, no YAML, no AI CLI subscription — the platform provides the AI (Claude, with automatic fallback).
- Fair-use AI quota. Each account gets a daily allowance of AI generations during early access. The self-hosted CLI has no such limit — you bring your own model.
- Your data, still yours. The same ethics apply: Seekiee drafts and evaluates, but never submits an application for you. Every send is your decision.
Which should I use?
Use the CLI if you live in a terminal, want unlimited runs on your own model subscription, and want your data to never leave your machine. Use the web app if you want zero setup and a UI — or recommend it to friends who would never open a terminal.
